The Be More Humble Award is driven by an online poll voted on by the public in the WEDU viewing area from November to December (2015). This prestigious award exhibits the connection and relationship the organization has with the community and the people it serves by allowing the general public to pay tribute to the nonprofit that they feel most exemplifies the essence of the community.
The Coalition competed against 70 top nonprofit organizations and individuals within the Tampa Bay region.
“Being so honored by WEDU Public Television places our Coalition among Tampa Bay’s highest achieving nonprofit agencies,” said Jim Farrelly, Executive Director. “The Be More Humble Award recognizes years of determination and achievement of Coalition staff and members of the Board of Directors.”
